Pamper Your Skin and Stay Beautiful With Isomers

When it comes to caring for your skin, you certainly want to know that the people behind a company use their own products.

Well, with Isomers skin care company, the founder started the company because of problems with her own skin.

"Desperately battling acne, poor body image and tumbling self esteem, I buried myself in the medical sciences building and began to dig into any and all journals and research I could find," said Manuela Marcheggiani, founder of Isomers Laboratories, based in Toronto, Canada. "I believed the answer to my skin care problems lay in the library stacks, and months and years later, it was in these stacks of journals I found the courage and parceled together the information that would help me conquer my beauty issues and build that solution . "

After launching in 1988, the company is known for its commitment to producing quality skin care products that are based on extensive research and development. Marcheggiani wants products that work quickly and produce noticeable results.

As a result of the study, Isomers knows what happens to your skin as you age. Their scientists recognize the progression of age – and have learned to fight it through science and quality ingredients.

Testing Process

Isomers' scientists work to bring the latest research into the laboratory, where it is used to produce breakthrough formulations that work. Every product is strictly tested and is guaranteed to be safe and environmentally friendly. In the 22 years since its founding, Isomers has produced more than 250 skin-care formulations and has patents around the world.

Isomers Products

There are over 100 quality products in the Isomers line, with most products focusing on preventing and reversing the aging of the skin. Their products run the gamut from basic skin care to disease-specific problems to gender-specific products.

Skin Care

Starting with a basic skin care product, the Exfoliate and Renew Eye Peel is the company's first acid-free peel system. It is designed to protect the fragile skin around the eye. It is formulated with a gentle enzyme and a perfecting peptide to exfoliate dead skin, which encourages new cell growth. The goal is to reduce fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes. It will also improve the skin and reduce dark circles and puffiness over time.

You may not think of chapped lips as a skin care problem, but Isomers does. Isomers Winter Lip Care System includes one Lip Exfoliating Balm, which scrubs the dead skin off your lips; two Lip Balms, one Lip Serum and one Lip Shaper. The exfoliating balm has microdermabrasion beads to polish and hydrate the lips. The lip balm is rich in Shea Butter, Vitamin E and lavender, which smoothes the lips and helps prevent dry skin. The serum has a rich moisturizer and micro collagen to smooth the lines and signs of aging.

If your hands are showing signs of aging, try Isomers Hand Cream with Skin Brightening Complex. Unlike other products, this cream does not contain skin-bleaching chemicals. Instead, it is based on Emblica – a plant extract that contains a number of antioxidants and has a pleasant rose extract fragrance. It also contains silicones, which locks in moisture and prevents skin dehydration.

Wrinkles

If your skin is experiencing wrinkles, the natural result of aging, there are products to help you fight back, such as the Wrinkle Defense Body Duo, a wash and a cream that come in two formulas: Cedarwood Sage or Green Tea. The Matrixyl Wrinkle Defense Body Cream restores elasticity and smoothes rough, dry skin. Made with micro collagen and Vitamin C, it helps moisturize and soften your skin. In fact, it contains two forms of Vitamin C – peptides and vitamins. The other half of the duo is the Wrinkle Defense Body Wash, which cleans your skin without drying it out. Made to use with all skin types, the body wash has a fresh fragrance you will enjoy as it cleans your skin from impurities. It can be used all over the body as a shower gel or bubble bath, as well as a shaving gel.

Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport All-Weather Umbrella Stroller Review

If you’re a parent with twins or 2 small children and you’re looking for an all-weather stroller which can be used on all types of terrain then the Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport All-Weather Umbrella Stroller could be the ideal stroller for you.

Kolcraft have made comfort and convenience the highest priorities with the Jeep Wrangler and have incorporated some great features to ensure your little ones remain comfy all year around whether rain or shine. Does the Jeep Wrangler deliver on all counts? Read on further to find out.

Features of the Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport All-Weather Umbrella Stroller

  • Cool-climate roll up for increased air circulation
  • Individual sun rider canopies which easily adjust
  • Ergonomically designed, soft padded handles
  • All terrain wheels for a super smooth ride
  • Independently reclining seats
  • Removable cup holder for parents
  • 3 cargo bags for storing gear
  • 3 point quick release buckle

Easy Assembly

Assembling the Jeep Wrangler stroller is a quick and easy process. The stroller is mostly already assembled straight out of the box. You just need to attach the wheels on then slide the axles through the wheels then finally secure them with a pin.

Aside from this, the parent cup holder and canopy are the only things needed to be attached to the stroller.

Enjoy all year round

The standout feature for me the Jeep Wrangler offers is the cool-climate roll up. You just pull the harness out of the seat backing then it rolls up and attaches with Velcro. This exposes mesh which is great for the increased air circulation it provides ensuring your children don’t get to hot and uncomfortable in sticky weather conditions. Whilst rolled up, the seat back acts as a pillow providing further comfort for your child’s head.

Individual sun rider canopies for both seats are included which can be adjusted depending on the amount of shade needed. These are a little too small though in my opinion.

Quick Folding

The quick umbrella fold system makes folding the stroller a breeze. A small lever has arrows indicating to push it to the left and then upwards, enabling the stroller to fold compactly.

Performance

The Jeep Wrangler is very lightweight, compact and durable so it’s perfect for travel. The large all-terrain wheels provide a smooth ride regardless of the surface. A lever is included which is located above the front wheels. This locks the wheels into a straight position so they don’t swivel, making manoeuvrability over rougher surfaces that much easier. The soft foam padded handles have a nice feel and give you a secure grip which makes pushing the stroller a pleasant experience.

Storage

There isn’t much storage space provided as there is no underneath basket included. There are 2 removable cargo bags which are located either side of the stroller, they don’t provide a lot of space but still enough room to fit smaller items such as a small toy or bottle.

Final Thoughts

The only downsides are the small sized canopies and the seat weight limit being only 35 pounds per seat so for some older children it may not be suitable. The lack of underneath storage may also be an issue for some although I found that the side cargo storage provided was adequate enough.

Overall, the Jeep Wrangler Twin Sport All-Weather Umbrella Stroller is a great choice if you have 2 children and want a stroller which is lightweight, functional and can be used practically anywhere all year round.

Strut Mount Bushing: Key to Volvo Drive Comfort and Performance

Swedish automaker Volvo is one of the industry movers able to start the about-face from the blast-and-cast school of sports wagon manufacturing. Making room for passenger comfort in performance vehicles, Volvo cars feature an integrated suspension setting that boasts of a best-in-class drivability. Composed of a number of STRUT tower braces and STRUT links, the Volvo suspension assembly is incorporated to the car chassis, which facilitates even weight transfer along the car suspension. With the Volvo STRUTS all braced up for chassis flex during high-speed turns, the Volvo frame is strengthened and makes the car resistant against body roll.

The Volvo STRUT tower brace unifies the car’s STRUTS and sway bars. Collectively, these bars and towers form a frame within the car frame and absorb chassis flex, sparing the car cabin from excessive roll especially during hard cornering. Newer Volvo models come stock-fitted with a STRUT tower brace. Older Volvos can have their suspension setting unified with a simple drill-and-bolt procedure. Because the front suspension turns left and right during steering, front STRUTS are mounted and require no drilling, while rear struts are drilled on to the car chassis.

Volvo rear and front STRUTS are designed to take the brunt of chassis flex. They are steel braces built for durability and can even be reused. They are mounted on heavy-duty chrome shaft MOUNTS to withstand stress. Front STRUT MOUNTS, however, need to have pivot points to allow the front wheels to steer. STRUT MOUNTS at the head of the Volvo suspension assembly have rubber joints with BUSHINGS and bearings to provide a flexible coupling. Front STRUTS with a rubber coupling are used on compact Volvos that have a McPherson STRUT assembly. This type of STRUTS can also be used on the rear end of the car if it is capable of a four-wheel drive. In most cases, fixed chrome shafts are used on rear STRUTS to make the car better equipped against chassis flex.

When the Volvo hug curves, stress is absorbed by the STRUTS and flows down the mounting points. The chrome shafts of the rear STRUT MOUNTS dampen the stress, while the rubber portion of the front STRUT MOUNTS are susceptible to wear out its BUSHINGS and bearings in the face of chassis flex. While the shaft MOUNTS can accommodate the rerouted chassis flex, the BUSHINGS and bearings can give in and reduce the flexibility of the pivot points. On account of the usual stress that the Volvo front STRUT braces meet, STRUT MOUNT BUSHINGS and bearings are suspension assembly parts that necessitate regular maintenance.

A worn out STRUT MOUNT BUSHING can make steering hard and negate the cabin comfort that the Volvo suspension provides. It results in erratic steering and makes a creaking and popping noise. Even at cruise speed, a busted MOUNT can rear its ugly head in the form of excessive play in the suspension. This can break the rubber portion of the MOUNT and snowball into disproportionate bounce and front STRUT collapse. In most cases, the creaking noise precedes the erratic steering, and is one way to tell if the Volvo STRUT MOUNT BUSHING has gone past its peak performance.

Five Trending Themes in Women’s Fashion Clothing for Spring/Summer 2015

Women have quite an eye for the latest fashion trends. Whether it is on television, on the internet, or on magazines, they have the greatest tendencies to keep themselves updated of what’s in for the upcoming seasons. Though 2015 is still far from today, but designers are already showcasing their works on Women’s fashion clothing. Since it’s going to be for spring and summer, have a look at these trending fashion themes that are quite fitting for the coming seasons.

Phys Ed

Sports reference is one of the most popular themes when it comes to women’s apparel. As a matter of fact, different clothing lines like Tommy Hilfiger, DKNY, Sacai, and Gucci have already prepared their designs for the seasons. This applies mostly on track pants and shorts, as well as on bomber jackets with bra tops underneath. The type of fabric used are mostly mesh, neoprene, and nylon with bright hues of color. Color blocks also count in this theme where a solid colors are used to emphasize a piece or a certain part of the clothing. Of course, the theme wouldn’t be called as such without stripe remixes and varsity numbers. Additionally zippers were added both for style and function.

Avant Pop

This concept is one of the most inspirational references as spearheaded by Celine, Prada, and Preen. Using several colors, the designers use them to form unique patterns and pop art on their works, which makes them more appealing to the consumers. Aside from those, wrapped techniques as well as asymmetrical silhouettes puts more edge, while 3D or jewel encrusted embellishments makes the theme livelier.

Tropical Kitsch

Many designers in Milan think that women may want to wear something with a variety of patterns with tropical floral, palms, and paradise reference. Materials used for such dresses include satin, silk, and printed chiffon. They also have halter necks and slits that looks like silhouettes with accents like beads or 3D embellishment.

Formula Solution

Formula Solution is also one of the themes to be included this year, and is going to be spearheaded by leaders like Fendi, Helmut Lang and Yigal Azrouel. The theme is described to have a monochromatic palette and patterns such as retro and fractured geometrics. Organza layers also produce some transparency on the clothing, while 3D textures and laser cut materials provide a very unique appearance. Furthermore, asymmetrical silhouettes and wrapped styles lead silhouette directions, while cutouts are a highlighted detail.

La Vie En Rose

Last, but definitely not the least is supposed to be the most feminine message of the season, La Vie en Rose. Mary Katrantzou, Matthew Williamson, and Giambattista Vallimake it happen as they focus on a powdery pastel color palette. They use an assortment of fabrics such as chiffon, organza and lace that turn up on fuller silhouettes as well as on below-the-knee hemlines. As for the clothing’s designs, florals and romantic blooms are in for the seasons with 3D appearance in addition to popular ruffle details.

Extreme Sports – The Odds of Dying in a Bungee Jump Accident

An Introduction to Bungee Jumping

Bungee jumping is one of the most extreme sports that people take part in worldwide. The first attempt at this extreme sport was in 1979 when a 'dangerous sports' team from England devised the bungee device that is still in use today. The first bungee jump was made successfully from the Clifton Suspension Bridge.

In 1986 a man named AJ Hackett did his first jump in New Zealand. He went on to jump off a number of important buildings including the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Not long after this, bungee jumping really came into its own as an extreme sport and is now a popular activity throughout the world for extreme sports lovers. But how safe really is it? And what are the odds of dying in a bungee jumping accident?

Bungee Cords

Due to the high risk element associated with the sport, chemists and physicists are constantly striving to make improvements in the make up of bungee cord. The bungee cord that is used today is predominantly made up of rubber and synthetic materials. When creating the equipment, the height and weight of different people are taken into account in order to ensure survival. Different cords are used for different weighted people to ensure maximum safety. It is up to scientists to make sure they use a medium between flexible and stiff in order to let the extreme sportsman enjoy the sport and keep him alive.

Safety

Before even thinking about doing a bungee jump 99.9% of people will want to be completely assured that they will be safe from harm. Statistics show that there is only a two in one million chance of dying from this sport, making it pretty safe especially when compared to other extreme sports like scuba diving and rock climbing. Adding to this, it may (or may not) be reassuring to know that almost all accidents that have happened have not occurred due to the actual bungee, but due to the operators not attaching the cord to the person or the building correctly. The producers of bungee cords are more than efficient at their job.

Perceptions

When compared to other sports it is not uncommon for many people to believe bungee jumping is more dangerous. Take sky diving for instance – due to the high numbers of 'ordinary' people that take part in this sport, many people believe it is relatively safe. It is a generally safe sport but when compared to bungee jumping the odds of dying are much higher. The same can be said for parachute jumping and scuba diving. If you've thought about doing a bungee jump, why not research it further? The odds of dying are very small!

Different Innovations Sports Stadiums Today Must Have

There are indeed a lot of differences between the newly-erected stadiums than the older ones. Teams today are not just trying to create more attractive buildings. Rather, they are also becoming interested in making game attendees an all-encompassing entertainment experience. New stadiums are not becoming bigger and better so teams can hike up ticket prices.

Innovations Stadiums Can Have Today

Free Wi-Fi Access – The closer you get to a game, the less you will know about what is actually going on. Before, scores are just displayed on a tiny board across the length of the stadium. It is hard to call a friend just to know what is going on the outside world due to all the background noise. With Wi-Fi access, fans will know the latest scores and stats around the league whilst still enjoying an excellent experience of seeing a game in person.

TVs In The Seats – It would certainly be impractical to put TV screens right in the seats in front of you, since there are thousands of seats in a stadium. However, there will undoubtedly be sections that will provide fans with the opportunity to see the action of the field in front of them whilst following similar or a different one on their own TVs.

TVs In The Bathrooms – The bathroom can only be the place inside the stadium where you are in the dark. Joyous tailgaters will certainly be rushing here to relieve themselves.

Sports Bars That Overlook The Field – Professional teams have discovered that they can sell booze in more extravagant and expensive ways as compared to the traditional vendors and concession stands. With bars into the stadiums, teams can actually add mark-ups on top of bar prices.

More Attractions – Modern pro stadiums focus on coming up with all-encompassing entertainment experience which extends far beyond just the playing field. This will not mean placing a roller coaster over a baseball field. Rather, placing some types of amusement park ride providing unique views of the game.

Luxury Suites – High seats can become a more attractive option, most especially for richer fans. Consider installing a deck of suites – this surely can provide satisfaction to more demanding fans.

Domed Roofs – Domed stadiums have not become universal in sports since most teams struggle to hang on to the challenges the elements can actually present. If weather permits, domed roofs can now be retracted in just minutes; thus, there will be no reason that each stadium won’t have them. Also, the enclosed spaces will actually allow venues to hold more than just sporting events. This means stadium owners can still make money during the offseason since the facility can also be used for entertainment purposes.

Stadiums are often used for sports. Today, there are already advanced stadiums for sports and entertainment purposes.

Squash Ball Material Memory Concept For Airfoil Flight – Innovations In Sport

Not long ago I was reading a very interesting sports medicine article in one of the top journals. The article had to do with human muscles, and the filaments between the muscles which allowed for rapid succession of full strength and rest. For instance a runner, or someone doing low weight high repetition curls at the gym might move their muscles very quickly, and this filament would move back and forth. It seems to me that if we wanted to upgrade the game of squash, we could create a squash ball with a filament inside which would move around.

Envision this for a second if you might; as you hit the squash ball, and depending on how hard you hit it, the filament would push forward changing the shape of the ball into an airfoil, the shape of the wing. When the ball hit the backboard, the filament would bounce back, and the wing shape would come back at the player. This would make the sport faster, higher paced, and indeed it would be more fun for the players. Is this something we can do to the game of squash to increase the level of play, and keep the sport from dying out due to other more intensive sports with higher excitement levels?

And why stop with this strategy just with the game of squash? What if we redesigned golf balls, baseballs, soccer balls, and hockey pucks? What if we used a high-tech innovative material approach using material memory engineering to take all the sports to another level? Now then, I imagine there will always be the holdouts, those who don't want "their" sports to evolve.

After all, we've seen this with the advent of snowboarding over skis. Many people are set in their ways as to how these sports are played today, and they might say something like; "don't you dare mess around with the game of baseball," or hockey, or soccer, or cricket, or any of a number of sports.

Still, we have many hybrid sports which people play for fun, Frisbee football for instance. What if we were to tinker around with some of these sports and some of the equipment, and see what we come up with? I think what we might find is we would have new interest in the sports, new enthusiasts, and more people playing in their leisure time even if they were just in a local park.

If we could keep the game of squash from dying on the vine because fewer as fewer people are playing it these days, that would be a good thing, and let's face, when it comes to those other sports, it none of us can hit the ball like they do in the pro leagues, but maybe this would give us a better chance to at least hit one out of the park once in a while. Indeed I hope you will please consider all this and think on it.

How to Persuade Youth Players in the USA That Soccer is the Best Sport to Play

Soccer is the most popular sport in almost every country in the world. That is unless you live in the USA where football, baseball and basketball are more popular. As a soccer coach the problem is therefore how to get youth players interested in playing soccer rather than the other sports.

Firstly we need to look at the reasons as to why other sports are more popular than soccer in the USA. One of the main reasons is spectator appeal. Local football, baseball and basketball are televised and promoted in every major city in the US. Young athletes watch this and associate with their heroes. Another reason is the money available in the professional game is much more in the American sports than in soccer. As a result, more young sports players aspire to earn their living with a high income in the American sports.

Not that soccer is a poor mans sport. Wages for soccer players around the world are now on the increase. For example 2 of the best soccer players in the world Christiano Ronaldo and Robinho are reported to be on $200, 000 and $320,000 per week respectively. David Beckham who plays for LA Galaxy is also high up there with the top soccer player earners. Although the interest in soccer is growing in the US among young sportsmen, the sport cannot compete as yet with the publicity, advertising and hype of the American sports.

The question is how to persuade young players in the US that soccer is the best sport to enter. Here are a few good reasons:

Soccer is a sport that any player can play and be successful in. As in football where physique and size is a major factor, in basketball where it is very advantageous to be well over 6 feet tall, any player can be successful in soccer no matter what size or physique a player has. Big and strong players can find positions as defenders, midfielders or forwards. Small players can find positions as forwards and wingers and develop skills to be successful in these positions. Slower players can also find positions, especially in midfield. There is a place for everyone who has the desire.

The involvement in the game is much greater in soccer than it is for other sports. In football there are so many stoppages in the game. Some players like the kickers may only have very limited involvement in the game. In soccer, even if your team does not have the ball, everyone has to hustle back to defend. Even the forwards have to defend from the front. Defenders when not defending have to support the midfield and forwards.

Soccer is very fast paced with almost continuous involvement. Basketball is probably the most similar of the American sports to soccer, the biggest difference being the size of the court to the field.

As well as speed, strength and stamina, skill is of the utmost importance in soccer thus producing an athlete with more rounded attributes. At youth level you will often find that youth soccer players often excel in the other American sports.

A good way to get youth athletes more interested in soccer is to get them watching high-class professional games on TV. The English Premier League is probably the best to watch as it is fast paced with a high skill level. Many of the best players in the world play in this league. There are several TV stations that show these games like Fox Sports World.

Also it would be good to get prospective youth soccer players to go to a few of their local college soccer games or semi pro games if there is a team in the area,

And then there is that magical feeling of scoring a goal with the goal celebration to follow. Soccer is certainly on the increase in the USA. The game produces leaders with more all round ability than the US sports. Success in soccer can lead to worldwide acclaim as players like Brad Friedel who plays in the English premier league has shown.

Peru: Board Sports Paradise

Peru is most famously associated with the iconic ruins of Machu Pichu, llamas and being the land where they eat guinea pigs. What people don’t associate Peru with? Board sports. Due to its diverse geographical features, Peru can offer board sports enthusiasts amazing opportunities for surfing and sandboarding. Here are two of the best places in the country to try out these sports.

Mancora

Lima, the capital, is known as being one of the top surf spots in the world. However, the waters there are cold and the skies usually grey due to the humidity. Head to the north of Peru and you will find the small town of Mancora, only a couple of hundred kilometres from the equator. Miles of sandy beaches, waves from the Pacific and the kind of warm water that you just dive straight into without worrying about the temperature makes it the perfect hotspot for surfing. The centre of the town is full of cheap surf hire and schools along the beach, so you will find surfers of all ages and experience in the water. Despite the beautiful waters and beaches, this small town isn’t too well known to the public, so you don’t have to worry about overcrowded beaches or not finding that sweet surf spot. Don’t worry if surfing isn’t your thing though, cause Mancora is also a wonderful place for kitesurfing and paddle boarding.

Ica

When most people think of Peru, the last thing that comes to mind is sandy desserts which is exactly what you will find in the region of Ica. Here you will see sand dunes as far as the eye can see so there is no better place in Peru for sand boarding. There are plenty of places to hire sand buggy tours for cheap, which will take you into the desert for hours of sandboarding fun. There is even a resort called ‘Las Dunas’ which has a sand dune within its grounds, so guests can grab a board after their breakfast and go shred on some dunes. If you’re a real adrenaline junkie, head over to Cerro Blanco, the tallest sand dune in the world, measuring in at 1776 metres from base to summit. Since the sand buggies can’t reach the top, you better start your journey early in the morning if you want to avoid the blistering heat on the 3-hour ascent.

Surfing and sandboarding. One involves shredding waves and the other carving down sand dunes. So if you love board sports, head on down to Peru where you can do both of these amazing sports. What are you waiting for?

Winning at Pub Quizzes

I have been doing and running pub quizzes for fifteen years, and now run a pub Quiz in Girona, Catalonia, Spain, for Catalans at a certain level of English learning, and Native speakers. What follows are five ways for winning at, or at least giving the team a better chance at winning in a pub quiz.

1. The Right Size

The optimum pub quiz team size is four people. Whatever the anthropological proofs in the pudding the dynamics of a good pub quiz team and even a not so good pub quiz team are better with four folk. A team of three doesn’t quite have the breadth of knowledge needed to win, and a team of five seems to be more liable to argue. Of course, there are plenty of not so good pub quiz teams of four that don’t have the knowledge and argue, but I’ll go into that later.

Having settled on the Pub Quiz team size we can look at the other four factors in a good Pub Quiz team.

2. Knowledge Spread

There needs to be a good knowledge spread in the team if it is going to do well. Four people who know a lot about football and nothing else will not give the team a good score in a general knowledge pub quiz, and a pub quiz only about football narrows the customer base down. Naturally there will be some specialism within the members in the team, but a wide spread of knowledge across the team is the best starting point to become a competitive team. So why not have three people instead of four? You can have three people it’s just you won’t have a wide as spread of knowledge as you do with four.

3. The Fourth Person

The fourth person often feels they don’t contribute to the team. ‘I never know the answer to any of the questions.’ they might regularly complain. But this because they only remember contributing three answers out of say forty. What is important with the fourth person, the one who contributes least answers, is not how many questions they answer, but which questions they answer. If they answer three questions that nobody else in the team could answer, and the team wins by two points, then theirs has been a vital contribution to the team. This person’s contribution is often along the lines of characters in day-time television soaps, rather than how many moons Jupiter has, but those questions get asked in a Pub Quiz, and a correct answer gets the same number of points as answering correctly which scientist gives their name to the Uncertainty principle.

4. Who Gets the Pen

One important decision to make is who has the pen. The person with the pen must listen to other people’s views. They must be able to put options clearly before the team and write down what is the teams considered answer. This all takes about fifteen seconds, so they must be a natural at doing it. The person least suitable to hold the pen is someone who knows everything, and puts their usually wrong answer down before there is any debate about it. Then when the answer given by the quiz master is different, there will be no apology from them, but an ‘oh yeah, I meant that,’ response. They will learn nothing from the experience, and the same thing will happen again if they have the pen. It can be argued this person should not be in the team in the first place, but properly controlled their knowledge base – they may be an electrical engineer or something, could be useful to the team. After all, let’s remember it’s sometimes difficult to get four people together into a team and most friends have serious flaws, otherwise why would they be friends.

5. The First Answer is the Best Answer

The first answer to a pub quiz question is often the right answer. Having written an answer down it should not be changed unless you know it is the wrong answer, and you have come up with a better, more informed answer, or you are sure you have the right answer. There is nothing …
